Fundraising Efforts

The Titans are an all-volunteer organization

It costs a lot to run a high-quality program such as the Tri-boro Titans Youth Lacrosse league. The registration fees do not come close to covering the associated costs. There are many individuals who have volunteered countless hours to ensure the success of the program. Their time and efforts are greatly appreciated, but we still need to raise additional funds.

If you have the means to help financially support our organization, we are extremely grateful.

If you are helping in our fundraising efforts, Thank you.

Below you will find various fundraising activities that the league has held in previous seasons and may do so during the upcoming season. Also, we've included some fundraising documents that our staff has produced to help in our fundraising efforts.

Home games

Horton Field

We have supplies stored at Horton Field so that we can sell snacks to people attending the games and raise funds for the league.

50/50 raffle

Home games

All fields

In past seasons, we have had a 50/50 raffle during games. Tickets are sold to those on the sidelines during the first half of the game. The winner is announced at half time. This is fun for the players and the crowd. Every penny counts...

Canning

TBD

TBD

Canning is when we have supervised players standing in the entry way of local businesses promoting the league to customers and asking for contributions.

Golf Tournament

TBD

TBD

The league held its first annual fundraising golf tournament in 2005. It was a great success and has now become an annual event.

Local business fundraising drive

TBD

local communities

Since the 2006 season, we have discussed establishing a fundraising committee to solicit contributions from local businesses, but have yet to implement plans. Details, such as team sponsorship and plaques with the business name and team photo on it, business banners to be hung on the fence during home games at Horton field, or a sign posted at the entryway to the field that promotes a local business as the "home game field sponsor for the day", are yet to be decided.
